Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to local schools and a couple of minutes drive to local shops. The home has a beautiful outdoor entertaining area and pool for the long hot summer days.

On entering the home there is a study to the left and if you wish to have internet broadband access (extra fee payable) we supply a PC free of charge for your use. A large master bedroom is at the front of the home and has robes & ensuite bathroom. There is also a comfortable sitting room near the front of the home.
There is access through the garage to the rear of the home where you will find large family room with dining area. A TV and DVD player are in this area for family entertainment. A door leads from the family area into a large games room with table tennis, patio doors lead to the entertaining area outside.
Three family bedrooms are at the rear of the home along with laundry and bathroom with seperate toilet. Bedrooms all have single beds and have plenty of cupboard and drawer space. There is also an activity area with toy box and book case for the children.
Outside there is large entertaining area with a lovely pool and gardens where you can relax and have fun.
