The home comprises entrance hall with formal lounge to the left, with Tv and DVD. The lounge is furnished comfortably and is just the place for a family evening. The master bedroom and ensuite are also at the front of the house the ensuite has shower, toilet and basin.
The large family areas comprise of open plan kitchen/dining and family room with dining table, chairs and sofa . A small toy box is supplied in this area with a few toys to keep the kids amused. If you choose to have telephone and internet access a PC will be situated in this area supplied free of charge for your use. Doors from this area lead into the garden and patio area.
At the back of the house there is a laundry with washing machine and tub, family bathroom with seperate toilet and three bedrooms all with single beds.
Just down the road is a pleasant park and Rockingham Lakes primary school. It is very close to the local shopping centre.
