Venice is a very large executive type home just minutes from a beautiful beach access via a footpath at the end of the street. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac close to local schools and a couple of minutes drive to local shops. The home has a beautiful outdoor entertaining area and pool for the long hot summer days.

On entering the home through a spacious hall way there is a formal lounge and dining area with tasteful decorations and furniture. A large master bedroom is at the front of the home and has walk in robe and ensuite bathroom.
There is access through the garage to the rear of the home where you will find large family room and european style kitchen with dining area. A TV and DVD player are in this area for family entertainment. Double doors lead from the family area into a large games room with pc and table tennis, patio doors lead to the entertaining area outside.
Three family bedrooms are at the rear of the home along with laundry and bathroom with seperate toilet. Bedrooms are all double size and have plenty of cupboard and drawer space.
We are sure you will be happy staying at Venice summer or winter because there is air conditioning and gas heating ... catering for all seasons.
